韓國批准微軟收購動視暴雪

第38個國家現已批准該協定。

另一個主要市場現在已經批准了微軟收購Activision Blizzard的意圖，因為韓國的Korea Fair Trade Commission（KFTC）現在已經無條件地批准了大拇指，同時補充說“沒有限制國內競爭的擔憂”。.

這使得韓國成為批准這筆交易的第38個國家，英國的CMA是迄今為止唯一拒絕收購的國家，理由是雲遊戲市場的風險是原因。微軟和動視Blizzard將試圖推翻CMA的決定。
