FC Barcelona, Schalke 04, AS Monaco, Celtic FC, and Boavista FC have already joined the eFootball.Pro League, and now we know the sixth and final team that will be completing the lineup entering the competition: FC Nantes.

The French team from Pays de la Loire will be joining the first season of the 2v2 competition that will be played on Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, having been created by Gerard Piqué with the intention of bringing traditional football clubs together in esports.

Barça's centre-back and EMR CEO (the company running the event) says they are "a historic club, a reference" in their league, adding that "we hope that they will be as tenacious in eSports as they have been throughout their history in football".

Franck Kita, the team's CEO, underlines that they keep expanding their esports division, while Konami - who is an official partner in parallel to their own PES League competition - celebrates that the team roster is now complete, with president Masami Sato confessing "we are looking forward to a fantastic competition". Speaking of looking forward, the league is about to begin, as it'll be fully revealed on November 25 and the ball will start rolling (digitally) on December 2.

The league's matches will be played in a brand new PES 2019 stadium, the eFootball.Pro Arena, which has been created by Konami for the occasion is available as a free download with the Data Pack 2.0.

Are you excited for the league to kick off?
