Esports organisation Ence has revealed that their CS:GO team has decided to withdraw from the ESEA MDL competition after looking at their calendar for the year, with the organisation backing them up in this decision.

This will give the roster practice and rest time after an already busy year, one which includes winning the most recent Blast Pro Series in Madrid and reaching the grand final of the IEM Katowice Major.

"Withdrawing from MDL is not something we wanted to do, we tried to figure out a way to play the remaining 15 matches. Having only 7 days for that it is simply impossible, we also don't want to spend all our time for that and rather focus on our practice to improve for the many upcoming events within the next 3 months," said Slaava 'Twista' Räsänen.

On May 23 the team will also be competing at the cs_summit 4 before heading onto the DreamHack Masters Dallas event, so we'll still get to see them in action this month.

Do you think this is the right decision?
