Rockstar的著名頭銜正在上一代平台上捲土重來......
"Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of GRTV news. Today we're gonna be talking about something that was announced yesterday and it's one of the things that quite frankly I find it a little bit strange the whole idea of this thing and if anything probably a little bit disrespectful to consumers as well and that's that Red Dead Redemption Remastered has been officially now. It's been rumoured for a long while and everyone's been thinking that maybe this was going to be like a remake of Red Dead Redemption but no it's a remaster of a game that debuted like 13 years ago and it's only coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch so essentially two last-gen platforms. Yeah okay well anyway let's crack on and look into some of the details. Official Red Dead Redemption Remastered to be released on Switch and PlayStation 4. Rockstar's masterpiece finally gets an updated version that also runs on handheld."
"Rumours of a Red Dead Redemption Remastered have been buzzing around the internet for a couple of weeks now. The fact that Rockstar updated their website with the codename RDR1RSP only made us wonder when the official announcement would be made. Said well we won't have to wait any longer.
It's just been announced the Red Dead Redemption Remastered will be coming to PS4 and Nintendo Switch on August 17th. The physical version will arrive a little later on October 13th."
"In addition to the original game this version will include Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare, the big zombie expansion in which John Marston faces a wild west taken over by the undead because of Seth the grave robber in search of the treasure of tumbleweed. This version seems to have little to do with a remaster judging by the information provided by Rockstar on their website. In fact this is how the game has been playing on Xbox for years and of course with this version the game will be playable on PS5 thanks to backwards compatibility with PlayStation 4. And there is a trailer live that if you want to you want to take a look at the game you can find that on your local game rector region here. I'm not going to full screen it but um yeah the trailer's there. I think this is like the most Rockstar thing that could possibly happen you know after remastering and re-releasing various older GTA games doing so quite in a way that a lot of people were not very happy with as well because they think that they kind of you know lack that sort of finesse. In fact the the the uh I can't remember the name of the actual collection but the one that had like Vice City and all that. That did not do very well because when it came out it was in a pretty bad state. And then all of a sudden you get a game like this which you know like I said well like Alberto says in the piece there. People on Xbox who owned the 360 version of Red Dead Redemption have been able to play this very game on Xbox One and by extension Xbox Series consoles for years because of the backwards compatibility suite. And now we're getting this re-release and yes you know it's coming to Switch which is probably like the big headline of it but to say that it's coming to PlayStation 4 as well is is in my eyes disrespectful to the PlayStation community because they're going to be selling it full price. And if you already own it on PlayStation 3 it's basically the same game you know it might it might run a little bit smoother but the graphics don't look much better at all. But we'll have to see you know maybe I'm jumping the gun a little bit on my sort of take on this game my opinions on it but you know it comes out August 17th in a digital format October 13th physically. If anyone wants to buy a physical copy of a game that came out 13 years ago you can now do that later this year. But yeah we'll no doubt have some thoughts about the game so stay tuned for them in the coming weeks as we see how Rockstar has offered up this uh this this fantastic game just in the modern day. But yeah let's know below whether you like whether you're interested in Red Dead Redemption Remastered or whether you would prefer Rockstar to commit resources to like you know potentially fully remaking the game instead. But yeah that's all the time we have in today's episode of GRTV News. We'll be back now tomorrow for the next one of the week so until then hope you enjoy the rest of your Tuesday and we'll see you all on the next one. Take care everyone."
