Arena of Valor/Honor of Kings getting esports-themed series

It's safe to say that Arena of Valor is proving a rather popular mobile game, especially in China where it's known as Honor of Kings, and now Abacus News is reporting that a live-action series is being produced following the game, or more specifically a Chinese teenager who wants to become a professional gamer via the mobile title.

We don't have a release for the show yet, but developer Tencent will be making it, and it's no surprise we're getting more of the game, since it has around 200 million monthly active players. Will you be giving it a watch?
